Ensure that you post back your items with trackable service as DYLAN CO THE LABEL is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Returns Policy
DYLAN CO THE LABEL offers a 14 day returns policy after the item has been delivered. To be eligible for this refund items must be:
- Clean, unused/unworn and unwashed- In the same condition as sold (back in the product bag with tags if supplied)
- Packaged with proof of purchase
Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale including on major sale days such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and any sort of Frenzy, as well as any sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to for some reason return your items after the 14 Day exchange policy, please email info@dylancothelabel.com.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 36 months from the date issued.
Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be returned to the sender.
Exchange
If you would like to make an exchange please contact us via email (info@dylancothelabel.com).
We cannot guarantee the item you request will be available due to popular demand. In this instance we would offer a store credit upon the arrival of the returned item.
Exchange shipping is to be covered by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time
We process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your retuned items.
You will receive an email with your return approval information when the return has been received and inspected.
Domestic returns can take about a week, whereas express shipping should take 3 days.
International posts can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Faulty Items
If you believe there is a fault with your product please email info@dylancothelabel.com with your order name and number within 5 days of your items arriving, as well as some photos of the faulty product.
